Hello, I’m Faysal Abi, the founder of Stretch 360. My mission is simple: I believe that healthy movement should be accessible, affordable, engaging, done daily and shared with friends and family.
For over 20 years, I've immersed myself in the world of yoga, and for the past 15 years, I’ve been teaching mobility and flexibility classes. However, my journey to wellness didn’t start in the traditional way. After a serious car accident left me with a broken neck, a traumatic brain injury, and a damaged back, I found myself frustrated with the limited relief I received from physical therapy, pain medications, and conventional medical treatments.
It was then that I decided to take control of my own health. I studied Yoga, Posture Therapy, Exercise Therapy, and Massage Therapy to better understand how the body moves, functions, and heals. This knowledge empowered me to alleviate my own pain and regain mobility, energy, and overall well-being.
Inspired by my own recovery and the incredible results I saw in my students and clients, I knew I wanted to make this approach to movement more accessible to everyone. Stretch 360 was born from a desire to offer daily movement routines that are simple, effective, and designed for people of all backgrounds and fitness levels.
