Welcome to Stretch 360! We're excited to have you here. Before you dive into our content, please take a moment to read through these Terms of Use. By accessing or using our website, videos, services, and other offerings (collectively, the “Services”), you’re agreeing to these terms. If you don’t agree, that’s totally okay—but please don’t use our Services.
Stretch 360 provides guided stretching, mobility, recovery, and wellness routines through our website, video streaming services, mobile and desktop applications, and other platforms. These Terms govern your use of all our Services, including audio, video, written media, downloadable resources (like PDFs), community forums, and all related content, software, and features.
By using our Services, you accept these Terms of Use. We may occasionally update them, and we’ll do our best to notify you when that happens. Continued use of the Services means you agree to any updates.
You must be at least 13 years old to access our content and at least 18 to create an account or contribute content. You are responsible for complying with local laws if accessing our Services from outside the U.S.
We want Stretch 360 to be a welcoming space. That means:
Be respectful in community spaces.
No bullying, hate speech, or harassment.
No spam, self-promotion, or irrelevant links.
Don’t misuse our Services (e.g., hacking, scraping, or distributing viruses).
Violating these rules can result in account suspension or removal.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when registering. Keep your email and personal details current. We handle your data as outlined in our [Privacy Policy].
